Rob is fantastic - from the offset he was always on time if not early for all meetings/ jobs. He always gave very honest and transparent view point, explaining everything in detail, giving us options and scenarios to best plan which route we should take, and sent through detailed quotes so we felt incredibly reassured every step of the way.

Throughout the job, Rob was very hard working, adaptable, and very clean and respectful of our house.

Rob project managed a complete bathroom renovation for us including ripping out old bathroom, electrics, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and supply of bathroom suite. Service was professional and tidy and the finished job is lovely. The quoted price remained the same with the exception of added work which was at our request. The addition of extra work was carried out with no issues. Will definitely use Rob for future plumbing work.

Robert messaged me on Facebook giving free advice when I first started having problems with my boiler. Several months later I had more issues and when I contacted Robert he gave me a three hour window for his arrival which he stuck to (which is a pain in the backside when this doesn't happen). Whilst Robert couldn't fully fix the boiler through no fault of his own (old boiler not in production anymore) he managed to get it working again to a point I have heating and hot water while Robert does me quotes on a new boiler. Would highly recommend.
