Landlord Gas Safety Certificate
It is a legal requirement for Landlords to have their boiler and gas appliances certified by a registered gas safe engineer. RM Heating Solutions can provide this for you at a reasonable cost.
Any property that has a gas supply legally requires a satisfactory Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) in order to be rented out.
